When placing an order at https://Empirearoma.com , you agree to the terms of our Return Policy as outlined below:

We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee for customers in the continental United States. You can return all orders for STORE CREDIT and/or exchange until you find a fragrance from our collection that meets your liking. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders placed outside of the United States due to international shipping regulations.

 

Important Notes:

All returns are refunded via STORE CREDIT in the form of an EMPIREAROMA Fragrance E-Gift Card.

Store credit will not include the original shipping charges.

Please be aware that returns and exchanges are not available for orders outside the United States. Only regular-priced items may be refunded, and sale items (purchased with a promotion or discount code) are considered final sale. However, sale items are eligible for Exchange/Return for Store Credit as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Solid cologne must be unused and sealed. Once used, we are unable to process a money-back return on all solid cologne products due to safety precautions.

For money-back returns, items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date stated by the USPS/UPS tracking number. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s). Fragrances must contain at least 95% or more of the original liquid and be in their original packaging (box intact).

Empire aroma is not responsible for any return packages lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

The money-back return policy is not applicable to samples/testers and/or sale/discounted items (using a discount/promotion code) in any quantity. No exceptions can be made here. A $5.00 restocking fee per bottle will be deducted from money-back returns.

Accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, containing 95% or more of the original liquid, and in their original packaging, including the velvet pouch.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds back to the original payment method. Note that a restocking fee of $5.00 per item will apply for returns back to the original payment method.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Contact your credit card company and bank. There may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@Empirearoma.com.

 

Shipping:

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund, and only the cost (subtotal) for the products originally ordered will be refunded. Please note that the original cost of shipping will be deducted from "Free Shipping" offered orders.

If you are shipping items over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
