Shipping Process:

Once you place your order, it will take 1-3 business days to process, regardless of the selected shipping option. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Expect your order to be processed within 3 business days.

Example: If you place an order on Monday, it will ship out on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please be aware that express shipping options and any third-party fees are non-refundable.

 

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours of placing your order, indicating that your order has been processed. A second email will follow when your order is shipped, including your tracking number and a link for updates on your order's status.

International Taxes and Duties:

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any inbound duties, taxes, and fees assessed by their local Customs authority. These fees are not collected by Empirearoma and, therefore, cannot be refunded. We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the purchase price.

To determine the applicable fees, please contact your country's customs office or tax agent for specific charges and rates for packages arriving from abroad.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

Please ensure you enter the shipping address accurately during checkout. We strive to expedite processing and shipping, which allows only a small window to cancel/change an order or adjust the shipping address.
